Equipped with the most modern CNC equipment, Valley Tool is capable of reconditioning virtually any cutting tool in the machine tool industry.

Valley Tool offers 27 years of experience in resharpening and reconditioning of cutting tools.  Currently, we service over 300 machine shops and tool rooms.  Standard delivery is 5 working days, but if requested most jobs can be finished the same day they are received.

Tool resharpening is a simple task for our customers.  Simply pack your tools in a box and ship them to Valley Tool and we will do the rest.  Upon arrival at Valley Tool, the tools are unpacked, sorted and inspected.  One of our CNC machines is then programmed to recondition your tools to factory specifications or better.

Quality control is important to all of us in the industry and Valley Tool is no exception.  Quality control programs are in place throughout the reconditioning process and our final inspection insures that our customers receive only the highest quality tools.

At Valley Tool we also maintain a large inventory of new Carbide Endmills up to 12" long.  New Carbide tools are shipped the same day an order is received.

Our policy is simple, if your reconditioned tools don't work as well or better than new, you don't pay for it them.
